Service description

Extreme IPTV provides internet-based television streaming services including live TV channels, on-demand video content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data. The service is delivered via M3U URL, Xtream Codes API, or MAC portal connection methods.

Account terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
• Sharing credentials beyond your purchased connection count is a violation of these terms
• One account per person — reselling access is prohibited

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime for our streaming infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 24 hours in advance via email. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your ISP, local network, or device issues.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, restream, or record our content for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer our delivery infrastructure
• Share your account credentials publicly
• Use automated tools to scrape channel data or EPG information

Payment terms

All plans are prepaid. Prices are in USD. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you choose to renew manually when your term expires. We will notify you 7 days before expiration.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Extreme IPTV provides a technology platform for internet-based television delivery. The end-user is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding content access and streaming.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
