If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund
- Email help@catchontv1.email with your account email and "refund request" in the subject line
- We process refunds within 24 hours of receiving your request
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank
After 7 days
After the 7-day window, we cannot offer a full refund. However, if you're experiencing technical issues we haven't been able to resolve, we can offer:
- A prorated credit toward a different plan
- Extended service time to compensate for downtime
- Technical support to resolve your specific issue
Free trial
Our 24-hour free trial requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund — if you don't like it, simply don't subscribe. We built the trial specifically so you can test channel availability, stream quality, and device compatibility before spending a dollar.
What isn't covered
Refunds are for service-level dissatisfaction, not for change-of-mind after extended use. Specifically:
- Account sharing or simultaneous-stream violations that result in a ban
- Issues caused by third-party apps, VPNs, or unsupported devices we explicitly list as incompatible
- Partial-month downgrade requests after 7 days — we offer prorated credit instead
Subscription renewals
Monthly, quarterly, and annual plans auto-expire at the end of their term. We do not auto-renew or store payment details, so there is no surprise charge. If you want to continue, simply purchase a new plan before or after expiry.
